When school leavers have the opportunity to develop skills and experience in a live working bakery in the heart of the community, their efforts are encouraged by regular feedback and human connections. As a result, they are more likely to actively engage in their employment journey and develop self-efficacy to succeed.
Plus our community is enriched and preconceptions are challenged.
