Please note that your child's name and vaccination status, your name, your email address and your mobile number will be shared with NSW Health and venues if required.

Program Fees:

The discounted rate for the Getaway is $775 for the weekend and is due at the time of registration. If this is the rate you are paying, please select 'Discounted Rate - pay now' from the dropdown on the next page, and you will be asked to pay by credit card as part of your registration.

If you are able to use NDIS funding to pay above the discounted rate and help us cover more of our costs, please select 'Pay on invoice'. Please state the amount you would like to pay on the registration form. Do not put 'NDIS rate', as everyone's situation is unique. If you are unsure what rate is suitable for your child's plan, please check with your plan manager or support coordinator before registering. We will then send an invoice to you/ your plan manager depending on your requirements.

Please enter your details on this page. You will be able to add your child's details on the second page.

On the second page of this form, please enter your phone number (format: 614XXXXXXXX) and email address again. This will help us match families to their existing accounts in our database.

Please ensure you click 'Complete Registration' on the Event Registration Summary Page and check that you received a registration confirmation email.
Otherwise we won't have a record of your registration and your child will not be registered for the program. We may not be able to accommodate them if spaces have been filled.
